What will you do as a Customer Service Associate?
Your goal as an Amazon Customer Service Associate is pretty clear: to avoid problems, answer questions, and satisfy our customers. You will serve as our customers' initial point of contact by responding to their inquiries by phone, chat, and/or email. This includes everything from queries about orders and products to issues with payments and website assistance. To navigate, investigate, and evaluate solutions and interact with consumers in an efficient manner, our customer service associates employ a range of technologies.
What are your Working Hours?
Working flexible hours is necessary for this position in order to accommodate consumers' needs. Your workweek will consist of at least 40 hours, and you will work day, night, and late shifts. We arrange using a range of alternative shift patterns between 6 a.m. and 11 p.m. on Sunday through Monday in order to meet consumer demand. It can be necessary for you to work on national holidays. As your start date approaches, you will receive more details regarding your precise timetable.

Job Qualification
- Minimum age: 18 years old
- Have the right to work in India
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and oral fluency)
- Experience working with a computer
- The availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 6 am and 11 pm
- Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required)
- You'll need a quiet, distraction free work space (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
- From a technical perspective, a minimum broadband connection of 100MB download speed and 10MP upload speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI).
