BYPL SASHAKT Scholarship 2025-26

A CSR project of BSES Yamuna Power Limited (BYPL), the BYPL SASHAKT Scholarship Program 2025–2026 is intended to assist worthy students from Delhi`s economically disadvantaged communities with their further education. The initiative helps final-year undergraduates in government institutions finish their studies with confidence by providing scholarships worth up to ₹30,000. All streams are eligible for the grant, but students pursuing professional courses like nursing, para-medical, B.Ed., engineering, or chartered accountancy—areas that strengthen future employability—are given special consideration. The SASHAKT Scholarship demonstrates BYPL`s enduring dedication to education, skill development, and community empowerment by eliminating financial barriers and promoting excellence. It is more than simply cash assistance; it`s a step toward helping Delhi`s youth fulfill their dreams and move forward with more opportunities.


Eligibility Criteria
  • Open only to Indian nationals residing in Delhi.
  • Srudent must be in the final year of their undergraduate courses (any stream) at a government institute in Delhi.
  • Students pursuing any distance courses are also eligible.
  • Student must have scored minimum 55% marks in the previous examination.
  • Annual family income should not exceed INR 6,00,000 from all sources.
  • Children of employees of BSES Yamuna Power Limited (BYPL) and Buddy4Study are not eligible.
